About Natacha
Natacha Beim Boserup is an internationally recognized educational leader, author, speaker, child advocate, and parenting expert.
As the founder of CEFA Early Years School, she has spent nearly three decades advancing a vision of early childhood education rooted in brain development, creativity, contribution, and empathy.
In 1996, Natacha founded CEFA and designed its progressive educational curriculum, built around providing the optimal environment and educational experiences for children during the first five years of life – a period widely recognized as the most formative in human development. Her approach combines strong academics with the arts, movement, STEM learning, and social-emotional development, while encouraging children to become confident contributors to their communities. Today, CEFA has grown to more than 50 schools across Canada and continues to expand across North America.
Being able to make a difference through education is incredibly rewarding. Through CEFA, I know that children have a unique opportunity not only to receive an education, but to discover how they can contribute to the world.
